Dr. Maria Jaramillo-Dolan, DPM, FACFAS is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon with more than two decades of experience providing comprehensive podiatric care in Central Florida. Since opening Central Florida Foot and Ankle Center in 2003, she has specialized in foot and ankle surgery, podiatry, sports medicine, pediatric foot and ankle conditions, diabetic limb salvage, and wound care.
Dr. Jaramillo-Dolan obtained her Doctorate degree from Barry University in 1998. She then obtained extensive training in Sports Medicine, Podopediatric conditions, and Biomechanics at Cedars Medical Center in Miami, Florida. After completing extensive training in foot and ankle surgery at Benedictine Hospital in Kingston, New York, she became board certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.
Dr. Jaramillo-Dolan is also highly trained in diabetic limb salvage and wound care and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a Member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Pediatrics. She treats newborns born with clubfoot, metatarsus adductus, polydactyly, and foot and ankle deformities. She is one of the only doctors who specializes in foot and ankle pediatric malformations and biomechanical conditions. Some of these conditions include intoeing, out-toeing, toe walking, and severe pes planovalgus (flat feet). Being fluent in both English and Spanish has aided her success in private practice at Central Florida Foot and Ankle Center.
