Welcome to Central Florida Foot & Ankle Center, LLC. Our team is committed to helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and prepared before their first visit. 
Patients visit our office for many different foot and ankle concerns, including chronic foot pain, heel pain, diabetic foot conditions, sports injuries, nail problems, and surgical evaluations. Our goal is to provide clear answers and personalized care from the moment you arrive. 
Dr. Tatiana Wellens and Dr. Maria Jaramillo-Dolan treat a wide range of foot and ankle conditions for patients throughout Winter Haven, Lakeland, Davenport, and surrounding Central Florida communities.

    Your first appointment is designed to help our doctors fully understand your symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals. During your visit, we may discuss:

    • Activity level, work demands, or sports participation
    • Footwear habits and daily discomfort

    Depending on your condition, additional evaluation may include:

    • Physical examination
    • Gait and movement assessment
    • Diagnostic imaging, such as in-office X-rays
    • Discussion of conservative and advanced treatment options
    • Surgical consultation if needed
    • Regenerative medicine treatment discussion when appropriate
